There is no cafe at the pool, but it is not far to the city centre. Parking is available opposite the pool and in a nearby multi-story car park. Lockers need a returnable £1 coin.

There is plenty of free on-road parking close to the pool. The spectator gallery is usually very warm.

The pool is beside Sunderland AFC Stadium of Light. On non-match days parking is available in the football car park. On match days parking here may not be possible.

There is a small cafe in the pool. The spectators' gallery is very warm.

Plenty of spectator space and seating for swimmers, but very warm. Limited cafe facilities. Small supermarket opposite the pool. The pool car park is small, but there is free on-road parking around the pool. Beware parking on the pavements.
