SCHOOLS GALA

Darlington Dolphin Centre hosted the first Darlington Schools Gala of the year on Thursday 6th March '08 and DASC were there to support and assist with the running of the event.
Paul Foreman - Darlington Sport and Physical Development Officer said "I would like to pass on my sincere thanks on behalf of Darlington Sports Development Team and the School Sports Partnership for all the support from Darlington Swimming Club at the Gala. To Di, Anne, Jill, Fiona, Robin, the timekeepers and everyone else that helped in different ways. They are a real credit to the town and the club and we couldn't run the gala without the commitment of these people and the club. It was a fantastic evening and I am looking forward to next weeks Large Schools Gala".
